Justin Bieber has left fans worried after he shared a series of selfies, including ones of him crying.
The singer, 30, took to Instagram over the weekend to post a series of photo dumps, featuring multiple recent images.
In some pictures, Justin showed off his new shaggy beard, while another post consisted entirely of him wearing different hats and hoodies.
However, it was another post that raised concern among fans, as the ‘Purpose’ star shared snaps of him performing on stage, followed by selfies with tears rolling down his cheeks.
Fans flooded the comments to express their thoughts, writing: “Why was Justin crying??” and: “I hope you are doing okay, I hate to see tears running down your face.”
Others added: “What happened? Who’s bothering you? Why are you crying?” and: “Are you okay, bro?”
Followers also praised him for being open with his emotions online, adding: “Love that you’re not afraid to show your vulnerability and emotions. It’s always great to remember that behind every single celebrity, there’s still a human being. YOU ARE LOVED.”
Justin’s wife Hailey Baldwin also commented on the post, writing: “A pretty crier.”
Some speculated that the tears might have been caused by ripping what appeared to be a bong in the slide just before the tearful selfies, which may have made the singer’s eyes tear up involuntarily.
While the tearful selfies may have worried fans, Justin also shared a carousel of images of him smiling, so hopefully, he wasn’t sad for too long.
The ‘Sorry’ star did not write any captions on the images, though they seem to have been taken across several days.
This comes after he and his wife, Hailey Bieber, were hit with rumors of heading for divorce after over five years of marriage.
The claims were shut down by an insider, who told People: “There’s no divorce and no truth to that whatsoever. They are very, very happy.”
The pair appeared very much in love when they were spotted at Coachella together earlier in April, holding each other close as they danced in the crowd and sang along.
The couple tied the knot in 2018, but rumors of issues in their marriage began earlier this year after Hailey’s dad, Stephen Baldwin, asked fans to “offer a little prayer” for the couple.
Hailey and Justin’s marriage recently came under scrutiny.
